The Mess I have observed was such that, as far as I am concerned,
the building works will need a thorough independent and professional
accredited inspection before anybody buys or rents anything in there.
The plastering was a total mess and Graeme demanded that the painter
corrected a lot of joints and corners, removed nails and filled mega big holes
that plasterers or joiners should fill or close.
